waiting for 24th

Squats: 80
Pullups: 15

I aim for 80 squats, I think I did 70 last time. as for pullups I'd like to get 40 in there.

My pecs are going to die from these pullups lol, they're so sore after the pushups.

Damn pullups aren't easy D:

Ah.. the pain.. the legs... ouch.

Damnit, these squats are fucking extreme, that's beginner level? seriously?

I had to do leg stretches before I got to the pullups (well, i should actually be starting with the pullups)

:O I could only do 15: I did 20 last time, whats up? (Well last time I did 2x10 I think with an interval between, this time I did 3x5 with only a few seconds between.

Thats it for today I guess.
