24/25th february

I've fallen out of these logs temporarily (as I'm focusing really hard on art and so am writing in daily journals on DeviantART.) The only thing I'll keep writing in here until I get back to working on my games will be the exercises and the weekly game. I've btw missed that weekly game 2 weeks in a row, but exercises mustn't be skipped. They're important.

On the 24th or 25th i'll be rescheduling myself probably dividing time between art, game development and free time. So until then this will be relatively empty.

90° Pushup: 50
Knee Tuck: 100

Lets see, I should aim for at least 50 pushups and 100 knee tucks I think. I got like 30 pushups last time i think and 90 knee tucks right?

I knew I had 50 in me ^_^ it was kinda brutal though; normally this would've been only 40. I had to use pillows on the surface of my sofa so as to not hurt my palms, this however has a negative effect on my wrist. I'll have to stretch it.

My entire arm is on fire... my pecs too :O

The 100 knee tucks were even moreso brutal.. it started to be painful as fuck at only 50 D:

(well, I AM intentionally overexerting myself; because I can afford to since I don't actually need to use my muscles for anything. This may not exactly be efficient training method, but for me it's the most efficient way, since my muscles need like an entire week to recover every single time, at least 3 days but at most an entire 8. Normally following this program I would've stopped knee tucks at 90 and pushups at 40. But I went that extra 10 becasue I can afford to lose my muscles for a week which pretty much goes against the entire principle behind the book I'm following, which is training effciently but not overexerting yourself so your muscles are at full power the next day after practice, and can even be reused plenty throughout the day after the exercises.)
